Our business name pays tribute to David’s time in India, where he first discovered the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Studying yoga in India allowed him to connect with its ancient teachings and realize the parallels between yoga, Ayurvedic practices, and modern science. These philosophies, ethical teachings, asanas, and holistic living principles contributed to his understanding of a healthy, harmonious life.
Like various civilizations, India developed its own holistic approach, focusing on physical strength, nutrition, environmental connection, mindfulness, and breath control. We incorporate teachings from around the world and contemporary science to help you lead a healthier, happier life, so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
Weekly group functional fitness sessions taking place in beautiful Brackendale Park. These sessions will run weekly through summer with regular updates being posted on our Instagram page. No experience or equipment necessary, everyone is welcome! Enjoy getting fit, having a few laughs, making new friends all while getting outside in nature. You will love making this a regular part of your weekly summer routine.
