I know what it feels like to be lost—drifting without direction, disconnected from my body, my purpose, my own vitality. Late nights, poor energy, gut issues, feeling like I was stuck in a body that wasn’t truly mine. I was conditioned by the noise of the modern world—social norms, distractions, quick fixes—but none of it made me stronger, none of it made me feel alive.

Then, I started to question everything. I immersed myself in movement, in breath, in nature, in the kind of knowledge that doesn’t just sit in your mind but takes root in your body. I studied. I practiced. I failed. I adapted. And over time, I transformed—not through shortcuts, but through discipline, curiosity, and a return to something deeper, something real.

Now, I run 50 miles for the sheer joy of testing my limits. I move without pain. I wake up energized, connected, present. But none of this happened overnight—it was built through small, daily choices, a refusal to settle, and a commitment to learning what it truly means to be human.

And this is what I teach now—not just fitness, not just nutrition, but a way of living that aligns with how we were designed to move, fuel, and thrive. A way of being that brings you back home to yourself.

Our business name pays tribute to David’s time in India, where he first discovered the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Studying yoga in India allowed him to connect with its ancient teachings and realize the parallels between yoga, Ayurvedic practices, and modern science. These philosophies, ethical teachings, asanas, and holistic living principles contributed to his understanding of a healthy, harmonious life. Like various civilizations, India developed its own holistic approach, focusing on physical strength, nutrition, environmental connection, mindfulness, and breath control. We incorporate teachings from around the world and contemporary science to help you lead a healthier, happier life, so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
