Weekly group functional fitness sessions taking place in beautiful Brackendale Park. These sessions will run weekly through summer with regular updates being posted on our Instagram page. No experience or equipment necessary, everyone is welcome! Enjoy getting fit, having a few laughs, making new friends all while getting outside in nature. You will love making this a regular part of your weekly summer routine.

Investment: $15 with a punch pass or $20 drop in.* (Cash or etransfer to info@sunadaliving.ca accepted on location. )
Drops ins are $20, or you can purchase a 10 punch pass for $150. We want to keep it flexible and know summers are busy so we invite you to share a punch pass with a friend (or two or three… you get the idea) if you don’t want to each commit to 10 sessions over the summer. Plus, it makes it more fun to workout with a buddy anyway!
