Whether is your first 5k, a martial arts competition or an ultra marathon, we can help build you a clear pathway to your goal.

With a strong focus on outdoor movement sessions, you will become a more resilient athlete by embracing the natural elements: stronger stability on uneven surfaces, mental and physical toughness in low temperatures, and physiological adaptations in the high temperatures.

We will create training program that caters to you as an individual and your specific sport(s). Together we identify gaps in your current training/lifestyle, and  build a strong foundation that will set you up for long-term success. You will learn how to fuel, move, recover, and optimize your body and mind.

  • Weekly Check-Ins – One-on-one check ins to keep you on track, monitor progress, and answer questions.
  • Updated Weekly Protocols – Each week, we look at your notes from the previous week and make adjustments to your program to keep you on target.
  • Flexible Programming – Whether your event is one month out or a year away, we work together to build a plan to get you there while avoiding injury. We can also build in options such as one-on-one workouts/movement sessions and in-depth nutrition guidance depending on the support you need.
  • Strength & Conditioning – New to functional movement? Bi-weekly, weekly or twice-weekly 1:1 workouts available. These can be added or removed prior to any monthly billing cycle.
  • Athlete Fuelling – Does your competition include a weight cut or prolonged endurance fuelling? We can help you navigate these challenges and sort through the online contradictions. We use holistic nutrition foundations to keep your energy levels high, reduce injury, and keep your training effective.
  • In-depth Nutrition Support – Are you suffering from gut issues that are limiting your performance? We can take a deep dive into your nutrition to not only help you in competition, but in your every day life.
  • Down regulation – Stress might be holding you back more than you realize. By using mindfulness techniques, meditation, and yoga practices, we can help break down that barrier.

Because this is an individualized coaching program, we only take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure personalized attention and maximum impact.

  • Team Nutrition: Education for athletes on effective fuelling – Athlete will learn how to fuel pre-, during, and post-training to optimize sessions, improve recovery and reduce injury.
  • Competition Nutrition Plan: Event specific fuel plan for your team – Using our background in holistic nutrition, we will create a nutrition program for your specific event, so you can perform your best from start to finish.
  • Athlete Mindset: Training your mind, not just your body – You’ve put in the physical work, isn’t that enough? The mind can be just as powerful if you know how to harness it. Using techniques in mindful and meditation, we can help quiet the distractions and tap into your team’s full potential, even in the most stressful moments when it matters most.
