🌱 Bi-Weekly Check-ins Every other week, we’ll check in to see how you’re doing. We’ll review your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and introduce a new concept to focus on for the week. Whether it’s nutrition, stress management, or movement techniques, we’ll take it one step at a time, ensuring you never feel overwhelmed.
