We combine natural human movement patterns with progressive strength training and conditioning. It’s about being strong, capable, and adaptable. You’re not working out for aesthetics alone—you’re training for life. Every workout is scalable and supportive—you can show up exactly as you are.

Join me every Wednesday morning from 6:45-7:30 am for group movement in the morning light.
These sessions are about building strength and resilience through focused, heavy compound movements. Think: pulling, pushing, carrying, hanging—the kind of raw, primal training that builds real-world physicality and joint durability. You’ll lift, climb, crawl, and explore functional strength in a way that rewires your nervous system and helps you become more capable—both physically and mentally.
We have a partially covered gym space for the fall/winter, but please come prepared for the weather.
We’re bringing to life a brand-new Friday Morning Community Workout Series to keep the community active, connected and moving during the rainy days upon us. These flow-based sessions are all about building strength, mobility and resilience as we head into the winter season.
Includes a complimentary community sauna and cold plunge experience hosted by Secret Sauna Co. Enjoy some social time with discounts on coffee and breakfast from the Zephyr cafe.
