This 45-minute full-body session is designed to get you moving in ways that feel natural, challenging, and fun. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises and dumbbell movements (but don’t worry—if you don’t have equipment, I’ll show you how to modify!).

We’ll explore non-traditional, functional movements that build real-world strength, improve mobility, and reconnect you with how your body is meant to move. This isn’t your typical workout—it’s about playing, exploring, and building resilience through movement patterns that make you feel strong, capable, and energized.

Perfect for when you’re travelling, short on time, or just need a session that gets you back to basics.
